jomart.me shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use the materials on this Site or the performance of the products.

The validity of information provided by the user:

The User warrants that all information provided in the registration form is accurate, current and truthful and is not misleading. And the user bears full responsibility for any wrong information he adds.

Shipping Terms:

• We currently ship to UAE, Saudi Arabia and Oman.
• Orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Please note that some destinations may have specific shipping restrictions or limitations.
• You can view the shipping cost for your order during the checkout process before completing your purchase.
• Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Please refer to the product page for specific details.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
• While we strive to provide timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing.
• Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information during checkout.
• We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

Cancellations:

Clients can cancel services with written notice. Any work completed before cancellation will be invoiced.

Digital Services / Products:

When purchasing digital services or digital products, a download link will be available after payment is complete. It may take one to two working days to prepare the download link - and it may take more, depending on the type of service required by agreement between the customer and the Site management.

Information relating to your communication with the support team of the site may be collected through your response to questionnaires, evaluations, and comments related to your use of the Site.

The Site management has the right to use the images of the offered products in the marketing and promotion campaigns on the social media pages or as the management deems appropriate.

Currency and Payment:

Prices for products are displayed in your chosen currency. However, all transactions may be processed in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED). If your transaction is processed in AED, the amount you are ultimately charged will be the AED equivalent of the displayed price.
